The grapes selected for Sole Fetească Regală predominantly originate from the terraces of the Săldăbaş Valley, benefiting from a western exposure. This extended ripening period allows the grapes to develop a complex aromatic profile with nuanced flavours. The winemaking process involves careful de-stemming and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the primary aromas of flowers and fruits. The wine then matures for 3-4 months in barriques, enabling the integration of polyphenols characteristic of this variety, resulting in a wine with exemplary finesse and a well-rounded body.
