A crisp and refreshing white Sole Chardonnay de Recaş comes from carefully selected grapes on plots with mainly Southern exposure. The sun is the main ingredient of this wine, giving it strength and character. Being a top product, extra attention is paid to all aspects of limiting and optimizing production. Fermentation is partially done in new French oak barrels. They are stirred by hand after fermentation to keep the yeast in the wine in suspension and to allow an increased density of the wine to be obtained. This process is known as batonage and is performed three times a week until the desired balance is achieved.wine with hints of citrus and vanilla.
