Sole Roze is obtained by gravity extraction of the juice from the maceration process of the best quality red grapes. The ideal time to obtain a bright pink colour is usually 5-6 hours after the infusion of the grape berries. For an intense aromatic expression and freshness, we choose the grapes from the sunny plots, with clay soils of the hedgehog-preluvic type, perfect for accumulating natural acidity. This acidity of the grapes translates into the wine through fresh aromas and the crisp character of the wine. Fermentation and storage are done only in stainless steel vessels to keep the freshness of the wine unaltered. The wine is bottledearly to preserve its aromas and freshness.
